Functions:
1. It is lightly spread on end face of flat die cavity (without fluid guide hole) to make extruded solid profile separate automatically.
2. It is spread on end face of extruded shim to make shim separate with discard.
3. It is spread on separating shear of discard to reduce shear abrasion and prevent discard from sticking on the shear.

Main features:
1. It can substitute conventional graphite for lubrication with less fume and clean working table, which will greatly improve the working environment.
2. Good lubrication effect and less consumption.
3. As it is neutral, it will have no corrosion to extruding tool, die and profile.
4. It is convenient for use and storage. It can be used by heating a metal bar up to around 200º C and inserting it into solid lubricating block until it cooled and solidified.

Main technical indexes:
The pH value is 7 and the lubricating block will melt at temperature of about 200º C. It has lubrication properly at the temperature of 500º C.

Precautions:
1. It shall not be spread too much but sufficient for separation of profile.
2. It shall not be used on end face of division die and die with fluid guide hole.

Packaging and storage:
It is in block, 25kg for each box, 0.25kg for each block, and shall not contact with water with 2 years for valid period.
