Main features:

Purpose:
It is used to adjust content of manganese element in different brand aluminium alloys as substitute of intermediate alloy, which can reduce melting temperature.

Use method:
The adding quantity of Mn additive shall be calculated at the extraction yield of 90% according to the content of alloy elements in the alloy brands under production and on-the-spot sample analysis. It can be directly thrown into the aluminium bath evenly and dispersedly after skimming is completed. After small flame disappears, it is required to guarantee according to practical situation.

1. Use under temperature: 740º C
2. Melting time: 2~3 minutes.

Packaging and storage:
20kg for each box, stored in a dry place with half year for storage period.
