Main features and purpose: 1. This product will produce a number of ZrAl3 high melting point fine grains dispersively distributed. While solidifying, they will act as external crystal nucleus to fine grain structure so as to enhance intensity and plasticity of aluminium material or casting and improve comprehensive mechanical performance. 2. This produce is white metal block and 250g for each. 3. Aluminium titanium intermediate alloy ( GB8735-88) is used for addition of titanium element or grain thinning in aluminium alloy melting, which features low adding temperature and low consumption of titanium element.
Chemical composition: Ti content: 5.8%~6.2% Al: Margin
Use method: 1. Before use, dry it up. 2. Adding temperature: 720º C~760º C. 3. Adding volume: It shall be depend on calculation and test result. 4. Adding method: Heat up to the required temperature, skim the floating slag, put this product into various places of aluminium liquid, mix up evenly and place for 20~30 minutes. It is required to mix up evenly before pouring.
Packaging and storing: It is 25kg for each packed carton. It shall be stored in a dry place and ventilated place with one year of storage period.
