Details:	Purpose: Used for adding of boron element or grain thining in aluminium alloy melting. Main features: 1.This product will produce a number of ALB2 high melting point fine grains dispersively distributed.While solidifying, they will act as external crystal nucleus to fine grain structure so as to enhance intensity and plasticity of aluminium material or casting and improve comprehensive mechanical performance. 2.It will enhance electric conductivity of aluminium materials to acid and alkali. 3.Low adding temperature,low consumption of boron element. 4.This product is white metal block and 250g for each. Chemical composition: Boron content:2.8~3.2% It does not contain titanium so as to avoid poor aluminium alloy electric conductivity due to too much titanium element. Use method: 1.Before use,dry it up. 2.Adding volume of this product:0.1-0.5% or depended on requirement. 3.Adding temperature:700~760 degrees. 4.Adding method:Skim the floating slag,put this product into aluminium liquid, mix up evenly and place for 5~10 minutes. Packaging and storage: It is 25kg for each packed carton.It shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place with one year of storage period
